Fresco North is owned by Indras & Tilly Govender who have been involved in the restaurant business for fifteen years and the last twelve as owner of two restaurants in the Isla Vista and Goleta area. Indras, Tilly and their two daughters have lived in Santa Barbara for sixteen years and are very much part of our local community. 

We believe that Fresco North is a natural and good fitting expansion of the Fresco brand and our desire at Fresco North is to emulate the success of the Fresco Five Points Cafe and to provide our valued customers the option of visiting one more location when in the area. Fresco North's menu will be virtually the same in content and we will strive to serve food that is as high in quality. Our goal is to create an ambiance for pleasant dining as you may experience at any current or future Fresco location. This can be attained when we all work together as a team to satisfy you, our customers and create the desire for you to return. Our clients are the lifeblood of our business and we must make you feel at home during your visit with us. The method and level of service will be the same as Fresco customers have come to expect over the years. This is a very exciting opportunity for all of us and we can have some fun as we embark on this venture.
